Manage Services

  • Login to the Admin Module using your email address and password which you initially provided.
  • Subsequently, the calendar will be displayed.sample 2
  • Click on the Service icon on the menu on the left to proceed to the Services section.sample 3
  • This enables the user to add and update the services rendered by the organization.sample 4
  • The following details are mandatory:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Duration
    • Price
  • Mandatory fields will be marked with an asterisk (*).
  • The price can be displayed or not, by using the “Show Price” toggle button.
  • Likewise, the Price Negotiation and Status can also be set by using the “Negotiable” and “Status” toggle buttons.
  • If mandatory details have not been entered, an error message will be displayed as follows:sample 9
  • Once all required details have been entered, click the “Add” button.sample 10
  • Subsequently, when the data is saved, the following message will be displayed:sample 11
  • Any added record can be updated by selecting the required record from the right. When the record is selected, the respective details will be loaded as follows:sample 12
  • Update the required details and click the “Update” button.sample 13
  • Subsequently, the record will be updated, and the following message will be displayed:sample 14
  • A service can be removed by selecting the required service and clicking on the “Remove” button.sample 15
  • Subsequently, the following message will be displayed:sample 16
  • Click on “Yes” or “No”. Subsequently, the following message will be displayed:sample 17
  • The Show Price and Negotiable will be displayed (if active) when customers are performing online bookings.
